Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Product Analyst (AR Payments) **Role Summary:** Drive the end‑to‑end development lifecycle of Payments solutions within the Quote‑to‑Cash (Accounts Receivable) domain. Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering, translating strategic goals into detailed technical requirements and ensuring successful product delivery and adoption. **Expectations:** - Lead product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization in partnership with the Product Manager. - Own the full requirements development, testing, and validation process for Payments features. - Act as the day‑to‑day technical liaison with engineering, participating in Agile ceremonies. - Produce clear, traceable documentation and training materials for finance users. - Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate business needs into concise, verifiable technical specifications. - Identify, analyze, and communicate risks, scope changes, and impacts. - Design and execute test plans/cases to verify delivered solutions. - Facilitate requirements clarification during design and development. - Manage continuous feedback loops and incorporate user insights. - Automate reporting and analytics for project status and requirements traceability. - Support data governance initiatives for data integrity across financial systems. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scope projects and manage timelines. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner in enterprise software/product development. - Deep knowledge of Accounts Receivable workflows and payment processing (Stripe, Adyen, etc.). - Mandatory NetSuite experience. - Technical fluency to discuss APIs, security, and scalability of financial software. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking for market analysis and product strategy. - Excellent verbal and written communication across technical, business, and executive audiences. - Proven execution focus: bringing complex software products from concept to launch. - Agile experience (Scrum or equivalent). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. - (Optional) Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, PMI‑ACP) is a plus.
