**Job Title:** Business Apprentice – BDR (H/F) **Role Summary:** Entry‑level Business Development Representative focused on inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting within the cloud sovereignty and digital transformation sector. Works across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to grow the commercial pipeline through multichannel outreach and strategic lead nurturing. **Expactations:** - Commit to learning sales fundamentals and product knowledge within the first 3 months. - Deliver a set number of qualified opportunities monthly, meeting defined conversion KPIs. - Participate in the continuous improvement of lead generation processes and messaging. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and comply with data‑privacy standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound calls and inquiries, identifying relevant decision‑makers. - Qualify prospects using predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline). - Conduct outbound multichannel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events). - Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. - Maintain and enrich the sales pipeline with accurate data in the CRM. - Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and target personas. - Analyze market data to identify high‑potential accounts for focus. - Report weekly activity metrics and pipeline status to the Growth Lead. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication; confident phone presence. - Curiosity, resilience, and a proactive attitude toward challenges. - Basic understanding of IT, cloud, data, and AI concepts. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach tools (e.g., Zeliq, Casper). - Digital marketing awareness and experience with campaign tools. - Ability to multitask, prioritize leads, and work collaboratively across teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student or recent graduate in business, communication, marketing, or related field. - Equivalent practical experience (internship, apprenticeship, student project) in B2B tech sales or lead generation preferred. - No mandatory certifications required; certifications in sales, CRMs, or digital marketing are a plus.
