Job Title: Business Manager Consulting (Business Manager, Consulting) Role Summary Lead commercial development and account management for digital transformation consulting services. Own end‑to‑end sales cycle, from strategy to contract, collaborating closely with delivery teams and consultants. Expectations - Graduate-level qualification (Bac+5). - 3–8 years in consulting or B2B intellectual services sales; prior consulting experience highly valued. - Proven track record of generating growth and profitability on large clients. Key Responsibilities - Identify and cultivate opportunities with large accounts (Big Tech, enterprises, medium‑sized firms). - Build trustful relationships with business leaders and IT decision makers. - Design and execute a high‑value consulting sales strategy. - Grow revenue and margin across managed portfolio. - Qualify client needs in digital transformation, process optimization, data/AI/cloud/automation, change management, IT strategy. - Co‑create proposals with consulting teams. - Negotiate terms and close contracts. - Contribute to product/service development and market positioning. - Represent the firm at industry events and in the advisory ecosystem. Required Skills - Deep understanding of consulting client expectations and business domains. - Ability to sell value, not billable hours. - Strong relational & partnership skills. - Results‑oriented, autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset. - Team player collaborating with technical consultants. Required Education & Certifications - MSc / MBA / Engineering degree (Bac+5) from business school, engineering school or university. - Specialization in digital transformation or management preferred. - No mandatory certifications, but consulting or sales certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Management Consultant) are advantageous.
