**Job Title** Product Manager – Connectivity **Role Summary** Spearhead the expansion of connected inventory (hotels with direct connectivity) to enhance conversion, availability, and margin, while delivering a superior customer experience across a tech‑driven travel platform. **Expectations** - Own the product vision for connectivity technology, partners, and scope. - Prioritize initiatives based on data‑driven business metrics. - Deliver end‑to‑end product launches in collaboration with engineering, data, operations, and B2B partners. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and communicate the connectivity product roadmap. - Drive and manage integrations with channel managers, PMS, CRS, XML APIs, and other provider systems. - Ensure integration quality (latency, error rates) and establish monitoring dashboards. - Conduct UX experiments and merchandising tests to optimize performance metrics. - Develop self‑service tools and workflows for internal teams. - Create and maintain performance reviews using dashboards, A/B testing, and feedback loops. **Required Skills** - Minimum 6 years of product management experience. - Deep knowledge of travel connectivity ecosystems (channel managers, PMS, CRS) and API integration. - Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes (conversion, availability, margin). - Strong analytical, prioritization, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. - Excellent communication in English and French. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - No mandatory certifications; relevant industry experience preferred.
