Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Consultant **Role Summary:** Drive the end‑to‑end sales process for new home developments, managing customer interactions from lead generation to contract completion. Operate within a sales hub, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with SOPs, and exceptional customer service across multiple sites. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quoted sales targets. - Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to company policies. - Demonstrate flexibility in hours and travel as required by the sales cycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate and qualify leads through telephone and multi‑channel outreach. - Conduct pre‑appointment visits and deliver product presentations to prospective buyers. - Negotiate sales terms, manage offers, and secure signed contracts. - Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and post‑mortgage negotiations to maximize conversion. - Maintain up‑to‑date records of all customer interactions and sales activity in CRm systems. - Coordinate with site teams for accurate build‑progress updates and client information. - Promote ancillary products and services, ensuring proper documentation and pricing. - Participate in audit preparation and compliance reporting. - Represent the organization in all customer and stakeholder interactions. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in customer‑facing sales roles under pressure. - Strong telephone business development and lead generation skills. - Excellent negotiation, closing, and objection‑handling abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong administrative, organisational, and planning skills. - Effective communication, empathy, and calmness in difficult situations. - Ability to use multiple communication channels and technology tools. - Full driving licence, vehicle access, and willingness to travel to developments and offices. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 5 GCSEs / GCE including Mathematics and English (C‑grade or above). - A‑Levels in any discipline (preferred). ---
