**Job Title**
Network Security Architect
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end design, implementation, and operation of secure network infrastructure for a large enterprise. Drive projects from planning through production, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance across routing, switching, firewall, and load‑balancing platforms.
**Expectations**
- Deliver security‑centric network architecture that supports business requirements.
- Produce and maintain detailed design, deployment, and operational documentation.
- Provide troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement for network services.
- Collaborate with production, development, project, and vendor teams.
- Communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deploy Cisco (NX‑OS, ISR, ESR, ASR, ACI), Juniper, and Arista network devices.
- Implement security solutions using Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet, McAfee Proxy, and F5 LTM/ASM.
- Configure OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS, and static routing; manage WAN optimization with HP‑NNM, Infovista, HP‑NA, and Riverbed.
- Create and update LLD, deployment, and operations documentation.
- Apply troubleshooting tools and techniques across network and security layers.
- Automate configuration, provisioning, and monitoring tasks with Ansible, Python, and related scripting.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (production, dev, projects, suppliers) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
**Required Skills**
- Network platforms: Cisco (NX‑OS, ISR, ESR, ASR, ACI), Juniper, Arista.
- Security platforms: Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet, McAfee Proxy, F5 LTM & ASM.
- Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS, Static.
- WAN monitoring: HP‑NNM, Infovista, HP‑NA, Riverbed.
- Documentation: LLD, deployment guides, operations manuals.
- Troubleshooting and automation: Ansible, Python, scripting.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Preferable: Agile methodology familiarity, Linux, Git.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Security, or related field.
- Professional certifications: CCNP/CCIE (Cisco), JNCIP/EX (Juniper), Fortinet NSE, Checkpoint Certified, F5 Certified, or equivalent.
