Job Title: Sales Director Role Summary: Develop and implement a global sales strategy for the beauty sector, focusing on gifting solutions, accessories, and promotional packaging across multiple regions. Lead cross-functional teams and key clients to drive market growth and account development. Expectations: - Achieve market growth by analyzing regional potential and optimizing business resources. - Provide strategic commercial and industrial direction (CAPEX/M&A) to capitalize on opportunities. - Maintain high-level stakeholder engagement and ensure team development to meet 2026 contractual targets. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute region-specific growth strategies for packaging, gifting, and accessory product lines. - Conduct business audits to recommend structural and operational improvements. - Lead annual contract negotiations with global clients. - Oversee customer account planning and performance monitoring. - Recruit, develop, and manage direct/indirect teams across multiple geographies. Required Skills: - Proven global key account leadership with growth records in beauty/gifting sectors. - Expertise in promotional packaging, accessories, and GWP (gift-with-purchase) product groups. - Experience managing L’Oréal’s key account leadership or familiarity with their gifting teams. - Track record of managing cross-regional teams (US, EMEA, APAC). - Strong knowledge of beauty/cosmetic/personal care industries and established global networks. - Ability to travel extensively in US, EMEA, and APAC regions. - Fluency in French.
