Finance MOA Consultant (AMOA Finance)
Role Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between finance leadership and IT teams to design, deliver, and sustain finance information system (SI) projects. Drive end‑to‑end finance project life cycles, ensuring alignment with business needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project governance: prepare and chair steering and project committees, document decisions, and track deliverables.
- Conduct business analysis: gather and formalise MOA requirements, produce functional specifications and user stories.
- Define and manage system scope: conduct feasibility studies, value assessments, and change definition.
- Oversee maintenance: plan and execute corrective and evolutionary maintenance for finance applications.
- Ensure system readiness: manage configuration, functional qualification, and user acceptance testing.
- Support change management: coordinate training, communications, and end‑user adoption activities.
- Interface with finance and IT leaders: translate business requirements into IT solutions and vice versa.
- Manage external procurement: evaluate tenders, draft RFPs, and support vendor selection.
Required Skills
- Minimum 9 years of progressive finance/IT project experience; Master’s degree (bac+5).
- Deep expertise in general accounting, management control, financial regulation, ALM, and financial security.
- Proficiency with DILIGENCE, EVOLAN REPORT, ESSBASE; knowledge of AXEL and LINKKI regarded as a plus.
- Strong project management capabilities: planning, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced analytical, organisational, and written & verbal communication skills.
- Professional level English; ability to produce concise, clear documentation in English.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to propose innovative solutions.
Required Education & Certifications
- Master’s degree (bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with DILIGENCE, EVOLAN REPORT, ESSBASE, and senior finance systems.
- Professional English language proficiency.
