**Job Title:** Service Delivery Manager
**Role Summary:**
Spearhead end‑to‑end program management for large, complex IT initiatives, ensuring governance, budget control, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to agreed service level outcomes.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain full responsibility for program governance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Drive cross‑project coordination, ensuring interdependencies are managed and deliverables meet business objectives.
- Lead proactive communication with stakeholders and maintain critical program documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and enforce program governance frameworks and status reporting.
- Plan, monitor, and adjust program schedules to achieve milestones.
- Manage program budget, forecast costs, and authorize expenditures.
- Identify, assess, and resolve program risks and issues.
- Coordinate project teams, optimize cross‑project resource utilization, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Engage stakeholders, facilitate change management, and communicate program progress.
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with business outcome objectives in partnership with the Business Change Manager.
- Maintain key program documentation: Initiation Documents, Plans, Risks Register, Issue Logs, and Change Requests.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical support professionals.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience (8–10 yr) in IT service delivery or related domain.
- Strong program and project management expertise, with capacity to handle large, complex initiatives.
- Expertise in ITIL principles (ITIL v4 Foundation certification a plus).
- Solid budgeting and resource allocation proficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
**Mandatory Technical Skills**
- ITIL compliance and service delivery management.
- Relationship management.
- Data integration, ingestion, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency with Snowflake, AWS services, and DBT.
**Nice‑to‑Have Technical Skills**
- Power BI, Qlik Sense/QlikView, Quik Replicate, EvereR, SuaRlesic Slatelecene, Python, full stack (Node/React.js), AI/ML, Informatica ETL, Oracle PL/SQL.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification (strongly preferred).
