Job Description
**Job title** Project Manager **Role Summary** Drive day‑to‑day project delivery against time, scope, quality and budget. Own the planning, resource management, risk and issue resolution, stakeholder communication and handover to lifetime services. Ensure commercial and contractual compliance and support sales in future revenue opportunities. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on schedule, within agreed scope and budget. - Maintain disciplined governance, documentation and reporting. - Lead a cross‑functional team, fostering collaboration and accountability. - Proactively manage risks, issues and change requests. - Communicate progress and fiscal status to finance and sales teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain the project plan aligned with contract or statement of work. - Plan, delegate, monitor and control all project team activities; host weekly team meetings. - Ensure continuous resource availability and manage resourcing requests. - Oversee handover to lifetime services, ensuring acceptance criteria are met. - Review and approve changes to project plan, effort and cost with client PM. - Escalate issues, risks and actions to the steering group, capturing ownership and priority. - Maintain client financial awareness; assist finance with debt collection/recovery. - Inform sales of potential future revenue opportunities. - Adhere to timesheet and compliance policies. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership, mentorship and team‑management experience. - Strong project delivery track record in a consulting environment. - Experience with defined project methodologies and governance models. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills. - High attention to detail; ability to produce professional documentation. - Commercial awareness and disciplined approach to project controls. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. - Preferred: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
