Job Title: Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Role Summary
Lead the transformation, optimization, and scaling of the global email marketing engine. Build, launch, and continuously refine lifecycle, nurturing, ABM, and tactical email programs for all stages of the customer journey, from acquisition to expansion. Own strategy, frameworks, and execution from ideation to measurement.

- Drive end‑to‑end lifecycle marketing in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
- Deliver measurable uplift in engagement, CTR, and conversion across all email initiatives.
- Act as both strategist and hands‑on builder, translating insights into tangible programs.
- Collaborate seamlessly across global marketing, data engineering, CRM, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, extend, and manage the in‑house email and lifecycle function.
- Own A/B testing, continuous optimization, and performance benchmarking for group and divisional email programs.
- Design full‑funnel lifecycle journeys—lead, nurturing, adoption, prospection, and expansion—in Marketo Engage and Zoho CRM.
- Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and standards that underpin future growth.
- Produce campaign templates, execution guidelines, and best‑practice documentation in partnership with divisional marketers.
- Work with data engineering and CRM to enhance data quality and strategic utilization.
- Track, report, and analyze performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Marketo.
- Deep understanding of buyer journeys, segmentation, behavioral triggers, and conversion optimization.
- Proven ability to build, launch, and scale high‑impact B2B email and full‑funnel lifecycle programs.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on measurable outcomes and pipeline impact.
- Experience with AI and automation to accelerate lifecycle efficiency.
- Cross‑functional collaboration in global teams.
- Fluent in English.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in Marketo, digital marketing, or related platforms preferred.
