**Job Title:** Associate Product Manager **Role Summary:** Support a Senior Product Manager and cross‑functional teams in the end‑to‑end lifecycle of user‑centered SaaS/AI‑enabled legal tech products. Responsibilities span discovery, agile development, feature ownership, post‑launch analysis, and strategic measurement. **Expectations:** - 0–3+ years in product, design, consulting, engineering, or related analytical roles. - Demonstrated user obsession, bias for action, structured thinking, growth mindset, candor, and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct user interviews, journey mapping, data analysis, and competitor research to surface insights. - Translate insights into problem statements, jobs‑to‑be‑done, and opportunity areas. - Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Coordinate with Design and Engineering to test, launch, and document features. - Lead UAT, documentation, post‑launch monitoring, and feature iteration. - Define and track success metrics (ARR, adoption, retention, TAM). - Communicate initiative outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. - Analyze usage metrics and experiments to generate actionable insights. - Build foundational knowledge of SaaS, platform architecture, AI integration, and API ecosystems. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability. - Excellent written and verbal communication, concise and user‑centric. - High initiative, growth mindset, and openness to feedback. - Proven collaboration in cross‑functional teams. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma). - Curiosity about APIs, data structures, multi‑tenant SaaS, and AI‑driven solutions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred (not mandatory). - No specific certifications required.
