**Job title:** Real Estate Investment Analyst **Role Summary:** Evaluate and support the acquisition, development, and financing of Grade A office, residential, and alternative real‑estate projects. Produce financial models, valuations, market analyses, and investment documentation to guide capital allocation and committee decisions. **Expectations:** Deliver accurate, data‑driven investment assessments, maintain robust financial forecasts, and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the investment, finance, and senior management teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, update, and validate financial models for acquisition and development opportunities. - Prepare investment analyses, valuations, and business cases to support capital allocation decisions. - Participate in acquisition due diligence, including financial, legal, and operational reviews. - Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to inform investment strategy. - Analyse economic and market indicators that influence project returns. - Develop short‑term and long‑term financial forecasts and project performance reports. - Create materials and presentations for the Investment Committee, management, and partners. - Produce quarterly valuations and performance tracking for active projects. - Assist business development activities: acquisitions, disposals, and bank (re)financing discussions. - Contribute to monthly project reporting for senior management and the board. - Provide cross‑departmental analytical support as required. **Required Skills:** - Advanced financial modelling and valuation expertise. - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. - Ability to interpret market data and financial information clearly. - Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders. - Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments. - Proficient with spreadsheet tools, data analysis software, and presentation tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant real‑estate investment experience (preferably at an investment manager or advisory firm). - Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or equivalent) are a plus.
