Job title: Life Sciences Technical Solutions Architect
Role Summary: Strategic technical architect focused on life sciences clients, responsible for translating market, regulatory, and customer insights into a 1‑2 year technology roadmap that enhances language services for CRO and pharma organizations. Acts as solution advocate, product strategist, and cross‑functional partner to align engineering, UX, sales, marketing, compliance, and operations around platform, data, and service differentiation.
Expactations: • 5–10+ years in product management, solution ownership, or strategic consulting within pharma, biotech, or CRO environments. • Deep understanding of drug‑development technology stack (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, eCOA) and integration experience with Veeva, Medidata, or equivalent platforms. • Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps, bridge business vision with technical execution, and present to executive stakeholders. • Strong market intelligence skills: contextualizing regulatory trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges into actionable offerings. • Familiarity with localization technologies (TMS, CAT, LQA, MT) and cross‑platform integrations is a plus. • Structured thinker, storyteller, and influencer capable of distilling complex problems into clear, compelling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion life‑sciences client needs across technology initiatives.
- Conduct continuous market intelligence; translate insights into product and service opportunities.
- Own a 1‑2 year technology strategy roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with technical product managers to shape product roadmaps and tactical delivery plans.
- Engage top clients and prospects to identify whitespace, support strategic accounts, and drive pre‑sales activities.
- Define competitive differentiation, positioning, and packaging strategies.
- Partner with operations, engineering, sales, marketing, and compliance to ensure successful product implementation and adoption.
- Establish KPIs for success, monitor usage, performance, and business impact of tech‑enabled services.
Required Skills:
- Product strategy & roadmap development in life‑sciences context.
- Knowledge of drug‑development platforms (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, eCOA) and integration with Veeva/Medidata.
- Market & competitive analysis, customer journey mapping.
- Cross‑functional collaboration, executive presentation, stakeholder influence.
- Agile/Scrum proficiency; experience with JIRA and other project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling ability.
- Structured thinking, analytical problem solving, and decision‑making under ambiguity.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree or domain‑specific certifications valued).
