Job Title: Marketing Manager Role Summary Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for a B2B digital product organization. Drive brand positioning, customer acquisition, and product adoption through cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision making. Expectations - Deliver measurable growth in brand awareness, lead generation, and market share. - Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product road‑map. - Manage a multi‑channel marketing budget and optimize ROI. - Foster a high‑performing marketing team that meets strategic goals. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the company‑wide marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with product and sales objectives. - Translate technical product features into compelling value propositions for target segments. - Oversees brand management across all communication channels to maintain consistency and strengthen digital presence. - Plan, produce, and launch multi‑channel content, campaigns, events, and PR to generate leads and engage audiences. - Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight initiatives to inform strategy and track campaign performance. - Define and drive an internal communication strategy in partnership with People & Organization. - Manage marketing budget, forecast expenditures, and evaluate financial performance. - Coach, evaluate, and develop marketing team members, nurturing individual growth and team cohesion. Required Skills - Minimum 5 years of B2B digital product marketing experience, preferably in start‑up or scale‑up environments. - Proven track record in creating product marketing road‑maps and go‑to‑market plans. - Expertise in integrated campaign design and execution across digital, content, events, and PR channels. - Strong analytical abilities; experience with marketing metrics, customer journey analysis, and ROI reporting. - Budget management skills and experience in resource allocation decisions. - Demonstrated team leadership, coaching, and performance management. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken). Required Education & Certifications - Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum 5 years in a B2B digital product marketing role. ---
