Drive transformation initiatives, facilitate workshops, and support change management. Expactations: Deliver actionable financial insights, recommend enhancements to cash predictability, lead stakeholder workshops, translate complex data into strategic recommendations, and support business/process transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Review and model financial flows and working capital metrics. - Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in cash management. - Develop and present dashboards and analytical reports using Excel and BI tools. - Lead workshops with operational and business teams to capture requirements. - Co‑design process improvements and select supporting tools. - Monitor implementation progress and measure impact of changes. - Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption. Required Skills: - Master’s level education. - 3+ years experience in business analysis or project management within cash, cards or payments. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, BPMN modeling, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI). - Excellent presentation and storytelling ability. - Fluent in English; French fluent; Dutch an asset. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. - Professional certifications in business analysis or project management (PMP, CBAP, etc.) preferred.

**Job title:** Business Development Manager **Role Summary:** Define and execute a commercial strategy that aligns with the firm’s vision. Own and nurture senior accounts in the pharmaceutical, retail, and public sectors, creating and closing revenue‑generating opportunities.
