**Job Title:** Applications Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract
**Role Summary:**
Lead the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of the firm’s Microsoft Dynamics, website, CRM, client onboarding, and Contact‑Centre‑as‑a‑Service (CCaaS) platforms. Serve as the central point of contact for cross‑functional teams and external vendors, ensuring services meet SLA, risk, and business‑strategy requirements while supporting cloud migration, legacy decommissioning, and cost‑effective licensing.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain optimal day‑to‑day service performance across all in‑scope applications.
- Ensure SLA compliance, manage risk, and drive swift issue resolution.
- Oversee vendor contracts and act as escalation point, including participation in Duty Manager rota.
- Develop and execute platform roadmaps, cloud migration plans, and modernization initiatives.
- Align application services with business objectives, budgeting, and disaster‑recovery planning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own operational performance of Microsoft Dynamics, website, CRM, client onboarding, and CCaaS platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Project Managers, and Service Delivery Managers to deliver seamless services.
- Manage third‑party vendor relationships, contracts, and service continuity.
- Create and implement enhancement roadmaps, cloud migration strategies, and platform consolidation.
- Lead decommissioning of legacy systems and support platform rationalisation.
- Control licensing costs and overall platform budgets.
- Contribute to disaster‑recovery and service‑continuity plans.
- Serve as escalation point and rotate on Duty Manager schedule as needed.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics and CRM environments.
- Strong knowledge of website technologies and digital onboarding solutions.
- Experience with CCaaS platforms and integrations.
- Technical proficiency with SQL‑based systems and cloud‑native applications (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage third‑party vendors and service providers.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Ability to lead change, improve processes, and champion new technologies.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4 preferred).
- Relevant technical certifications desirable, e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB‑920).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
