**Job Title:** ServiceNow Technical Lead
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, driving architecture strategy, governance, and best practices across ITSM, TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and SecOps modules, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with enterprise systems.
**Expectations:**
- Serve as the technical authority on ServiceNow architecture and design.
- Define and evolve platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Mentor and guide developers and administrators on best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance boards.
- Design and implement ServiceNow modules, custom applications, and integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance with enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and dev teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Stay current on ServiceNow releases, marketplace solutions, and industry trends.
**Required Skills:**
- Mastery of ServiceNow platform (ITSM + ≥2 additional modules such as TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps).
- Expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).
- Advanced scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and data‑model proficiency.
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes, CMDB, and Discovery.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or progress toward CTA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
