Job Description
Job Title: HR Consultant – Sick Cover (Inside IR35) Role Summary Provide interim HR leadership in a critical staff sick cover role (3 months Inside IR35), supporting approximately 200 staff across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. Deliver HR function continuity, policy compliance, talent acquisition, and change management while maintaining stakeholder relationships and driving HR improvements. Expectations - Deliver full HR support across a multinational client roster of ~150 employees. - Maintain compliance with UK employment law, TUPE, and global corporate HR policies. - Lead recruitment and talent initiatives, including job posting, interviewing, and salary benchmarking. - Execute HR projects (digital, CSR, D&I) as required. - Operate independently, self‑starter, meeting tight deadlines under pressure. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage day‑to‑day HR operations for UK/Ireland/Nordics employees, including policy interpretation and benefits guidance. 2. Build and sustain relationships with business leaders, HR partners, employee forums, and external stakeholders. 3. Offer expert advice on employment law, redundancies, restructuring, and TUPE (both in‑stream and out‑stream). 4. Lead recruitment cycle: job description creation, advertising, interview coordination, assessment, and offer generation. 5. Conduct salary benchmarking and regional talent initiatives. 6.
