Job Description

Job title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for complex client projects. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and client-facing communication while ensuring high-quality delivery and architectural integrity. Expactations: - Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience. - Proven expertise in C# and .NET across both front‑end and back‑end layers. - Eligible for Security Clearance (SC) at all times. - Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to unfamiliar tech stacks. - Strong client communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and build robust applications using C#, .NET, and related frameworks. - Develop and maintain UI components (including Blazor where applicable). - Design database schemas and implement data access via EF Core/SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL). - Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot services on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). - Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards. - Collaborate with designers, product owners, and business analysts to define and implement business requirements. - Participate in architecture reviews, recommending best‑practice solutions. - Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and showcase progress. - Rapidly acquire domain knowledge to deliver solutions that meet client business objectives. - Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, delivering high‑value outcomes. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET (core, web, and backend). - Experience with Blazor, EF Core, PostgreSQL, MS SQL. - Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure deployment. - Strong problem‑solving and architectural design abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Mentoring and collaboration experience. - Self‑driven learning and adaptability to new technologies. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). - Security Clearance: SC (required). - Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, AWS Certified Developer) are considered an advantage but not mandatory.
