**Job Title**
Adobe Campaign Developer (12 Month FTC)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end development of multi‑channel customer‑relationship‑management (CRM) campaigns using Adobe Campaign. Collaborate with delivery leads and solution architects to design, build, and optimise email, push, SMS, and in‑app journeys. Act as the subject‑matter expert on platform capabilities, data architecture, and automation best practices.

- Deliver complex, multi‑channel campaigns on schedule in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and documentation for all campaigns and templates.
- Demonstrate independence and teamwork, multitasking across competing priorities.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Advise on Adobe Campaign capabilities and best practices for campaign optimisation.
2. Interpret data‑driven automation briefs; design and implement journeys across email, push, SMS, and in‑app.
3. Build detailed data workflows to support the CRM strategy across multiple brands.
4. Analyse data availability, flow, and integrations; identify opportunities for CRM enhancement.
5. Conduct QA, troubleshoot issues, liaise with Adobe Support, and manage failure investigations.
6. Create and maintain documentation: campaign templates, journey diagrams, rule matrices, audience lists, data extracts.
7. Develop and manage workflow, campaign, delivery templates, and content fragments.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Campaign (campaign design, journey building, data management).
- Strong understanding of CRM lifecycle, automation, and multi‑channel marketing.
- Experience with data workflows, data tables, and integration architecture.
- Attention to detail, ability to deliver accurate, high‑quality output.
- Excellent communication; able to explain complex technical details to varied audiences.
- Strong organisational skills; able to multitask across dynamic workloads.
- Familiarity with email, push, SMS, and in‑app campaign types.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics) or equivalent work experience.
- Adobe Campaign certification preferred (e.g., Adobe Campaign Specialist).
