**Job Title:** SAP ERP Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Act as a technical product owner for SAP ERP (S/4HANA) solutions, translating business stakeholder needs into robust technical requirements and guiding development teams through agile delivery. Own the product vision, roadmap, and release cycles to ensure high‑quality, scalable SAP implementations that align with organizational objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end SAP ERP solutions that meet business goals and quality standards.
- Prioritize features, manage technical debt, and control release timelines.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with development, QA, DevOps, security, infrastructure, and business units.
- Continuously improve processes and stay current with SAP and emerging technology trends.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Define and communicate SAP product vision and strategy.
2. Gather, document, and validate technical requirements from business stakeholders.
3. Develop and maintain a SAP technical roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
4. Make data‑driven prioritization decisions balancing business value, technical complexity, and resources.
5. Coordinate release planning, defining scope, timelines, and delivery metrics.
6. Ensure quality through clear acceptance criteria and rigorous testing.
7. Produce and maintain technical documentation (user stories, specs, diagrams).
8. Establish feedback loops to refine solutions post‑release.
9. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks.
10. Stay updated on SAP innovations, industry best practices, and emerging tech.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience leading SAP ERP (S/4HANA) implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Solid understanding of software development and architecture principles.
- Excellent communication, translating complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
- Exposure to Windows and Linux environments, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, C#), and SQL.
- Familiarity with web, SaaS/cloud technologies, and enterprise integration patterns.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
- SAP Certified Application Associate (SAP ERP or S/4HANA) preferred.
- Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO, PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master) desirable.
