**Job title:**
Change Management Analyst
**Role Summary:**
An early‑career analyst who coordinates the full lifecycle of IT change requests, ensuring all changes are planned, documented, approved, and executed in compliance with company policy and industry best practices. Works closely with network, server, application, and service desk teams to assess risk and impact, communicates status to stakeholders, and supports continuous process improvement.
**Expectations:**
- Execute day‑to‑day change management activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain professional, clear communication across technical and business groups.
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple simultaneous change streams and prioritize tasks.
- Contribute to reporting on change metrics and recommend process efficiencies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Log, assess, approve, communicate, and close change requests per established policy.
2. Partner with network, server, application, and service desk teams to evaluate risk, impact, and implementation strategy.
3. Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings: prepare agendas, document decisions, and ensure follow‑up actions.
4. Monitor change activity to ensure adherence to ITSM processes, compliance, and operational standards.
5. Review and validate Change Requests for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with configuration and release management.
6. Assist with reporting on change trends, success rates, and opportunities for process improvement.
7. Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders to ensure readiness for upcoming changes.
**Required Skills:**
- 2–5 years of IT experience (Service Desk Analyst, Network Administrator, Command Center Analyst, Application Support, or Server Administrator).
- Experience with data center infrastructure (compute, network, storage, application technologies).
- Excellent verbal and written communication; polished professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook.
- Hands‑on experience with an ITSM change‑management tool (ServiceNow, Remedy, Cherwell, or equivalent).
- Ability to analyze risks, impacts, and process compliance.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- AA, BA, or BS degree, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent change‑management certification preferred but not mandatory.
