Field Marketer – 6 Month FTC
**Role Summary**
Lead and execute B2B field marketing initiatives across the UK, Europe, and the US. Design, plan, and deliver high‑impact events that generate pipeline and community growth, working closely with Sales and Product Marketing to align outreach, messaging, and ROI measurement.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact through curated 1:1, 1:few, and segment‑based events.
- Manage end‑to‑end event execution, vendor relationships, budgets, and logistics for a variety of formats (dinners, roundtables, roadshows, partner activations).
- Partner with Sales on targeting, outbound strategy, in‑event engagement, and post‑event lead routing.
- Own event promotion playbooks, including account selection, messaging, invitation, and follow‑up sequences.
- Measure and report on pipeline sourced, influence, velocity, conversion, and ROI.
- Iterate quickly on new event formats and GTM tactics.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Own B2B field marketing strategy and execute account‑based event programs.
2. Plan, run, and optimize events: dinners, roundtables, meetups, roadshows, partner events, industry activations.
3. Source, negotiate, budget, contract, and coordinate vendors and on‑ground logistics.
4. Build and execute event promotion playbooks (target accounts, sales enablement, messaging, invitations, sequences).
5. Collaborate with Sales on pre‑event targeting, outbound outreach, in‑event experience, and post‑event lead routing.
6. Develop post‑event frameworks (persona messaging, feedback loops, opportunity progression).
7. Track sourced/influenced pipeline, report velocity, conversion, and ROI.
8. Run direct mail and account‑based activation programs with Sales and Product Marketing.
9. Ensure consistent narrative with Marketing, Content, and Product Marketing.
10. Support event staffing, speaker coordination, executive briefings, and attendee journeys.
**Required Skills**
- 5–7+ years of B2B field marketing in SaaS or high‑growth tech.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise/mid‑market field programs that influence pipeline and revenue.
- Experience in planning and executing executive‑level high‑touch events.
- Vendor, budget, and multi‑partner logistics management with financial discipline.
- Strong event promotion, outbound strategy, and pre/post‑event nurture expertise.
- Comfortable with funnel and pipeline measurement (sourced vs influenced, ROI, attribution).
- Excellent partnership skills with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Creative, detail‑oriented, highly organized, bias for action.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and iterate quickly.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% during peak field periods.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Certifications in marketing automation, events management, or sales enablement are a plus.
