NetSuite Developer

Job Description

Job Title: NetSuite Developer Role Summary: Design, build, test, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions to support and enhance business operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver functional enhancements, streamline processes, and keep the platform running efficiently. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality NetSuite customizations that align with business requirements, ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability, and keep documentation up‑to‑date. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and deploy SuiteScript 1.0/2.x scripts and SuiteFlow configurations. 2. Create and configure custom records, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and other NetSuite objects. 3. Build and integrate RESTlets and other API interfaces for external systems. 4. Test, debug, and refine scripts and configurations to meet functional and performance standards. 5. Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and translate business processes into NetSuite solutions. 6. Maintain documentation of customizations, logic, and integration points. Required Skills: - Proficiency in NetSuite SuiteScript 1.0 and SuiteScript 2.x. - Experience with SuiteFlow, custom record creation, workflow design, saved searches, and dashboard configuration. - Ability to develop and consume RESTlets and other API integrations. - Solid JavaScript programming skills and problem‑solving capability. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - NetSuite Certification (e.g., SuiteScript Specialist, SuiteAnalytics Expert) is preferred.
