**Job Title:** Assistant Technical Audiovisual (Intern) **Role Summary:** Support the Technical Audiovisual Director in daily operations of the audiovisual department, focusing on management, preparation, and control of filming equipment. The role does not involve on‑set operation of gear but ensures the inventory is ready, functional, and well organized for production teams. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate rigor, strong organizational skills, and autonomy. - Work collaboratively within the audiovisual team and maintain good relationships with production staff. - Proactively identify equipment issues and communicate solutions. - Contribute to efficient storage and workflow optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and track filming equipment (cameras, audio gear, lighting). - Maintain the material warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory records. - Prepare equipment kits for shoots, captures, and internal productions. - Perform pre‑ and post‑deployment checks, logging any damage or missing items. - Detect, report, and log equipment failures or malfunctions. - Assist with scheduling and following up on maintenance and repairs. - Respond to production teams’ equipment preparation requests. - Help improve storage layout and organization of the equipment pool. **Required Skills:** - Strong interest in audiovisual technology and filming equipment. - Excellent attention to detail and methodical work approach. - Ability to work independently while being a team player. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Basic technical troubleshooting aptitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment or recent graduation in an audiovisual, technical, or related program (e.g., Film Production, Media Engineering, Audio‑Visual Technology). - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework or hands‑on training is advantageous.
