Serve as a technical evangelist, delivering demos, educational materials, and stakeholder briefings to promote adoption and drive measurable business outcomes. **Expectations:** - Deliver scalable AI integration solutions that meet contact center operational requirements. - Provide clear documentation and data flow diagrams to guide development and QA. - Optimize AI behaviors and response quality through ongoing prompt engineering. - Communicate progress, risks, and insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of generative and conversational AI trends to inform product evolution. **Key Responsibilities:** 1.
