Job Title: Vice President of IT Operations
Role Summary
Strategic leader responsible for the end‑to‑end management of the Entrata application platform, enterprise IT infrastructure, and end‑user support services. Drives operational excellence, ensures high availability, aligns technology with business objectives, and fosters continuous improvement across all technology functions.
Expactations
• Deliver operational excellence in Entrata application services, infrastructure, and support.
• Maintain 99.9% platform uptime and meet defined SLAs/KPIs.
• Lead a high‑performing, cross‑functional team and serve as the primary escalation point for infrastructure issues.
• Align IT services with business strategy and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive innovation, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a dedicated Entrata service team covering deployment, upgrades, incident resolution, and vendor coordination.
- Define and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement for application performance.
- Manage end‑user support operations, develop policies, and implement ITSM practices.
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and security systems.
- Coordinate with global infrastructure teams to ensure compliance, reliability, and scalability.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and adherence to IT governance and cybersecurity policies.
- Serve as local escalation point for infrastructure projects and incidents.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Plan, execute, and communicate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive training and professional development for support and infrastructure teams.
Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years in IT operations, 3+ years in senior leadership.
- Hands‑on experience with the Entrata platform (implementation, support, optimization).
- Strong IT project management skills: planning, execution, stakeholder communication.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise applications and end‑user support teams.
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving aptitude.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred).
- ITIL certification or equivalent service management credential.
- Any additional certification in cloud, networking, or security highly desirable.
