Job title: Sales Manager Role Summary: Drive revenue growth and customer retention in the offshore and onshore renewables sector by managing assigned accounts, developing sales plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Expectations: Meet or exceed personal sales targets, build a strong professional network, translate business objectives into actionable sales strategies, and deliver comprehensive customer support and technical guidance. Key Responsibilities: • Create and execute sales plans to secure revenue retention, growth, and new business. • Build and nurture proactive customer relationships through outbound communication. • Serve as first point of contact for complaints, escalations, and customer inquiries. • Maintain accurate customer data and metrics to support decision‑making. • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends. • Align product offerings to maximize value and differentiation. • Communicate customer insights to product, marketing, and operations teams. • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. • Stay current on industry trends through training and development. • Perform additional duties as directed by management.
