Product Marketing Manager – SBS
**Role Summary**
Own product marketing for a defined segment of SBS’s portfolio (digital banking, open banking, core banking, fintech, corporate or neo‑banking). Develop and execute end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategies, create compelling positioning, enable sales and demand‑gen teams, and influence product roadmap through market insight.
**Expectations**
- Deliver clear, differentiated narratives that drive customer understanding and adoption.
- Ensure successful launches, confident sales enablement, and sustained customer value.
- Maintain strong relationships with product leaders, business unit leaders, and senior stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and refine go‑to‑market motions for assigned product(s).
- Translate technical capabilities into customer‑centric value propositions.
- Build high‑impact collateral: presentations, value props, sales kits, website copy, solution briefs, datasheets, case studies, white papers, and customer success stories.
- Partner with Product Managers and Sales to support upsell and cross‑sell initiatives.
- Provide sales with evidence‑based positioning and messaging.
- Capture competitive, customer, and market insights; integrate findings into product roadmap discussions.
- Conduct regular competition analysis to validate positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate demand through content ideas and storytelling.
- Act as portfolio product expert, deepening knowledge of architecture and customer impact.
- Manage launch calendars and coordinate cross‑functional execution.
**Required Skills**
- 4–5 years product marketing or pre‑sales experience in banking, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of end‑to‑end product/feature launches.
- Strong understanding of financial institutions, market pain points, SaaS/cloud‑native platforms, and complex enterprise software.
- Ability to distill technical depth into concise, customer‑focused messaging.
- Data‑driven mindset; capable of using market insights to shape positioning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and French.
- Proficient in crafting persuasive storytelling across multiple channels.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills; able to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and confident working with senior stakeholders (product leadership, sales, business unit GM).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- No specific certifications required; relevant industry knowledge preferred.
