**Job Title:** Infrastructure Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and develop ICT network and infrastructure services to align with strategic and operational business needs. Ensure optimal functionality of ICT systems, oversee project delivery, and support critical IT operations.
**Expectations**
- Maintain network security and operational IT services for stakeholders.
- Manage LAN/WAN, virtual servers, storage devices, and secure wireless implementations.
- Optimize infrastructure efficiency through monitoring, evaluation, and process improvements.
- Install and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and hybrid Microsoft environments (Exchange, SQL, SharePoint).
- Stay current with IT advancements and mentor team members.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices (auditing, user education, threat prevention).
- Manage Microsoft Active Directory, VMware HA servers, and cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365).
- Enforce compliance with IT policies and change/incident management frameworks.
- Document system maps, procedures, and technical/user information.
**Required Skills**
- **Technical:** Windows server administration (on-premises/cloud), VMware/VM management, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/SSO, cloud backup/restore, SQL/SharePoint.
- **Core Competencies:** Cybersecurity practices, server/infrastructure troubleshooting, IT project management, network communications, virtualization.
- **Soft Skills:** Problem-solving, stakeholder communication, leadership, user-friendly documentation, teamwork.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE), VMware VCP, and/or CompTIA Security+.
- Proven experience in hybrid IT environments, cybersecurity, and infrastructure project delivery.
