**Job Title:** DevOps Specialist **Role Summary:** Support and enhance DevOps processes, automate workflows, and ensure compliance with data governance to optimize system performance and efficiency. **Expectations:** Unify automation tools for continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), collaborate across development and operational teams on client and internal projects, and advocate for software quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. - Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to reduce cycle time. - Enforce data security, governance, and compliance in software workflows. - Partner with developers, managers, and system specialists on cross-functional initiatives. - Troubleshoot technical defects and optimize system performance. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong software engineering background (moderate complexity projects). - Training and presentation skills to guide teams on DevOps best practices. - Experience configuring and deploying DevOps components. - Problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting production issues. - Proven project management across diverse software development environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of industry experience in DevOps or software engineering roles. - Demonstrated track record in CI/CD implementation and system automation.
