Job Title: Data Engineer
Role Summary:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and lakehouse solutions using Snowflake and/or Informatica, applying Python for data transformations. Ensure data reliability, quality, and performance for downstream analytics.
Expectations:
- 2–5 years of professional data engineering experience.
- Proven expertise with Snowflake and/or Informatica.
- Comfortable writing Python scripts for data extraction, loading, and transformation.
- Ability to work independently in remote or hybrid settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to ingest and process large datasets.
- Design and implement Snowflake schemas, partitions, and clustering for efficient query performance.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and BI developers to meet data delivery requirements.
- Maintain documentation for data models, pipeline architecture, and operational procedures.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Snowflake architecture, SQL, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Designer (or equivalent ETL tool).
- Strong Python programming (Pandas, SQLAlchemy, or similar libraries).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts (star, snowflake schemas).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Job Title: Power Apps Developer
Role Summary:
Create, customize, and integrate Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) solutions, leveraging DAX, data acquisition techniques, and UX best practices to deliver business applications.
Expectations:
- 2–5 years of experience developing with Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
- Strong design sense for user interfaces and user experience.
- Ability to work in remote or hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build canvas and model-driven Power Apps aligned with business requirements.
- Develop data connections, Custom Connectors, and integrate Azure/Dataverse data sources.
- Implement Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX and visual design principles.
- Perform data acquisition, transformation, and mapping between Dataverse and external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine application features and improve usability.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and deployment pipelines (ALM).
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong DAX and Power Query skills for data modeling and reporting.
- Experience with Azure Functions or Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and ability to create intuitive interfaces.
- Familiarity with Office 365 integration and security/role-based access.
Required Education & Certifications:
