Job Description
Job title: Maintenance Engineer Role Summary: Drive the planning, execution, and improvement of industrial maintenance activities to enhance equipment reliability and production performance. Act as the bridge between field teams and engineering, developing maintenance strategies, procedures, and data management systems. Expectations: - Lead the definition and optimization of preventive and condition‑based maintenance plans. - Deliver clear maintenance documentation and training materials. - Manage maintenance data, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse equipment performance (downtime, MTBF, TSR, etc.). - Design and optimise preventive and condition‑based maintenance schedules. - Draft maintenance runs, procedures, and detailed operating modes. - Conduct failure analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Drive continuous improvement projects (5S, Lean, FMEA, RCA). - Support equipment industrialisation and commissioning. - Train and mentor maintenance and production staff on best practices. - Configure and monitor data within the CMMS. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. - Proficiency in a CMMS (e.g., SAP, Infor, Siemens). - Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI). - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, FMEA, 5S, RCA). - Ability to translate technical information into actionable procedures. - Effective communication and teamwork to collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or equivalent. - Professional certification in maintenance or reliability (e.g., Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional, Six Sigma Green Belt) is a plus.

Job Description
**Job title:** New Works Engineer (H/F) **Role Summary:** Lead and manage industrial new works and revamping projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. **Expectations:** - Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle for new production lines, plant extensions, and equipment upgrades. - Drive collaboration among design, construction, suppliers, and operational teams. - Demonstrate strong technical writing, contract oversight, and risk‑management skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare proposals, technical specifications, and scope of work. - Coordinate design studies, technical selections, and supplier consultations. - Develop and monitor detailed schedules, budgets, and cost controls. - Oversee contractor activities, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance. - Supervise construction and commissioning phases, including safety and compliance checks. - Resolve issues, manage change orders, and ensure clear hand‑over to operations/maintenance. - Conduct HSE risk analyses and enforce safety protocols. - Facilitate acceptance testing, documentation issuance, and closure reports. **Required Skills:** - Project management experience in industrial manufacturing environments. - Proficiency in drafting technical specifications and managing supplier contracts. - Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment processes. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office suite. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent. - Relevant professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an advantage.
