**Job Title:** Business Analyst – HR
**Role Summary:**
Support and optimize end‑to‑end HR processes within a complex, medium‑to‑large organization. Analyze current practices, define improvement opportunities, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to implement solutions through HRIS platforms and integration services.
**Expectations:**
- 1–3 years of proven experience in HR business analysis (or 5 years total professional experience).
- Fluency in Dutch or French; English is a plus.
- Strong command of core HR processes (onboarding/offboarding, contract types, time and attendance, absences, payroll, role and access control).
- Hands‑on experience with leading HRIS systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, Attentia, E‑Blox, Partena, Group S, Acerta, Protime).
- Knowledge of data quality, data modeling, and data flows (API, SCIM, CSV, identity lifecycle).
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Map, document, and assess current HR workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for automation or improvement.
- Design, test, and validate functional specifications for HRIS enhancements and integrations.
- Liaise between HR stakeholders and IT/technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements, data flows, and quality standards.
- Manage and monitor data quality metrics; coordinate data cleansing and validation activities.
- Support rollout of new HR functionalities, including configuration, training, and change management.
- Monitor industry best practices and emerging HR technologies, recommending relevant solutions.
- Track project progress, deliverables, and stakeholder communication using project management tools.
**Required Skills:**
- Core HR process knowledge (onboarding, offboarding, contract types, time tracking, absences, payroll, role & access control).
- HRIS proficiency (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, Attentia, etc.).
- Experience with HR data integration tools (API, SCIM, CSV workflows).
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Attention to detail and data‑driven mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or HR‑specific credentials (e.g., SHRM‑CP) are advantageous but not mandatory.
