**Job Title** Software Developer (H/F) **Role Summary** Permanent position focused on developing and maintaining a point‑of‑sale and back‑office application for the restaurant industry. Requires experience with Delphi or other compiled languages and a willingness to learn Delphi. The role emphasizes autonomous project delivery, user‑friendly interface design, and code quality improvement within an established team. **Expectations** - Apply solid programming skills in Delphi or a comparable compiled language. - Demonstrate initiative and independence in managing development tasks. - Collaborate effectively with a long‑standing team. - Deliver clean, maintainable code and intuitive user interfaces. - No regular remote work; on‑site presence required with occasional remote sessions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, develop, and enhance the cashier interface of the restaurant software. 2. Implement and extend the back‑office component of the application. 3. Clean up existing code to improve maintainability and onboarding. 4. Create intuitive, efficient user interfaces. 5. Actively participate in existing project workflows and team meetings. 6. Manage assigned development tasks independently, meeting project milestones. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Delphi (preferred) or another compiled language (C++, C#, Java, etc.). - Experience with UI/UX design for business applications. - Ability to refactor and maintain clean codebases. - Autonomy in project management and task ownership. - Basic knowledge of databases, client‑server architecture, and version control (Git). - Strong communication skills; comfortable working within a collaborative team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Delphi certification or equivalent is a plus. - Continuous learning attitude toward new programming languages and tools.
