Requires experience with Delphi or other compiled languages and a willingness to learn Delphi. The role emphasizes autonomous project delivery, user‑friendly interface design, and code quality improvement within an established team. **Expectations** - Apply solid programming skills in Delphi or a comparable compiled language. - Demonstrate initiative and independence in managing development tasks. - Collaborate effectively with a long‑standing team. - Deliver clean, maintainable code and intuitive user interfaces. - No regular remote work; on‑site presence required with occasional remote sessions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, develop, and enhance the cashier interface of the restaurant software. 2. Implement and extend the back‑office component of the application. 3. Clean up existing code to improve maintainability and onboarding. 4. Create intuitive, efficient user interfaces. 5. Actively participate in existing project workflows and team meetings. 6.
