Required Skills - 5+ years SaaS Customer Success experience, proven track record of churn mitigation and expansion. - Strong analytical mindset; proficient in interpreting usage data and building actionable insights. - Process builder and self‑starter comfortable in ambiguity; able to develop and document playbooks. - Executive communication skills—confident speaking with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Excellent written communication, detail oriented, and capable of remote collaboration. - Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and high integrity. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager, CSIM) is a plus.
