**Job Title**: Commercial and Contract Internship (Stage Responsable Commercial et Contrat) **Role Summary** Assist the Commercial and Contracts team in preparing and negotiating commercial proposals and contracts for Earth observation satellite sales. Support the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from proposal drafting through contractual execution and project realization, while coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders in a multinational environment. **Expectations** - Complete a 6‑month internship starting early 2026 (duration subject to change). - Secure or be eligible for a security clearance. - Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication in English and French. - Aim to develop competency in contract negotiation, commercial analysis, pricing, and risk management. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in drafting and refining commercial and contractual documents (proposals, NDAs, cooperation agreements, sales contracts, amendments). - Serve as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments (project management, finance, legal, procurement, export control, tax). - Support the development of commercial strategies and financial offers, including price calculation. - Analyse commercial and contractual risks; provide input for risk mitigation and pricing decisions. - Prepare and coordinate documents for internal reviews and approvals of offers and contracts. - Manage existing contract administration, monitor contractual obligations, and advise on contract interpretation. - Assist in negotiating contract amendments and resolving client disputes in partnership with legal support. **Required Skills** - Negotiation and contract management knowledge. - Commercial analysis and financial assessment (price setting). - Strong written and verbal communication. - Ability to coordinate across multiple functions. - English: very good; French: very good. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently pursuing or having completed a Master’s level (Bac +5) degree in Business Law, International Trade, International Business, or a related field. - Eligibility for a security clearance or holding a valid security authorization.
