Job Description
Job title: IT Service Desk Analyst Role Summary: Serves as the primary technical support contact, resolving incidents and requests efficiently while coordinating with third‑party vendors and ensuring compliance with ITIL practices and audit controls. Expactations: - Deliver incident resolution within agreed SLA times. - Maintain accurate and timely ticket documentation. - Foster effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams. - Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes. Key Responsibilities: - Handle first‑line support via phone, email, and chat. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues. - Escalate complex incidents to higher‑level teams. - Manage incident tickets in the service management system. - Coordinate with third‑party vendors, monitor SLA performance, and manage vendor tickets. - Create, maintain, and enforce Active Directory user accounts and permissions. - Provide support for Microsoft M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams). - Participate in IT audit processes and uphold security controls. - Develop and update knowledge base articles and documentation.
