Job Title: Head of Global Events
Role Summary:
Senior executive responsible for defining, executing, and scaling a global events portfolio that drives brand awareness, pipeline, and user adoption. Owns strategy, budgeting, operations, and cross‑functional partnerships to deliver high‑ROI programs at scale.
Expectations:
- Lead a global team of event managers, fostering a culture of high standards and accountability.

- Demonstrate strategic thinking, operational rigor, and data‑driven decision‑making in a fast‑moving, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define event strategy, portfolio mix, and ROI frameworks for owned and third‑party events.
- Translate product and market narratives into compelling live experiences across multiple regions.
- Plan, execute, and analyze end‑to‑end global events (summits, kickoffs, partner experiences).
- Ensure operational excellence in logistics, production, vendor management, budgeting, risk, and timelines.
- Build repeatable systems, playbooks, and processes to scale the events engine.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Brand, Comms, Finance, and Procurement to align objectives and resources.
- Communicate plans and results to executive leadership and influence cross‑functional initiatives.
- Manage multi‑million dollar event budgets, investment strategy, and funding gaps.
- Leverage data and analytics to report on pipeline, cost efficiency, ROI, and product adoption; continuously optimize portfolio.
- Identify and implement AI or emerging tech solutions to enhance event operations.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years in events, experiential or integrated marketing with proven ownership of large‑scale global summits and executive events.
- Strong leadership in scaling high‑performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS/B2B technology environments.
- Expertise in budgeting, timeline management, vendor and risk management.
- Data‑driven mindset with fluency in ROI, pipeline attribution, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration and executive presence.
- Ownership mentality, resourcefulness, and calm decision‑making under pressure.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to adopt them.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
