Job Description

**Job Title:** Digital Front‑End Developer **Role Summary:** Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive, high‑performing, and accessible web applications using modern front‑end technologies. Collaborate with product, design, CRO, and back‑end teams to deliver user‑centric digital experiences that meet business objectives and accessibility standards. **Expectations:** - Deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code. - Ensure cross‑browser/device compatibility and adherence to WCAG 2.2 AA. - Support continuous experimentation and performance improvement initiatives. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and knowledge‑sharing activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build responsive UI components with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS/LESS or CSS‑in‑JS). - Extend and maintain design systems for consistent UI delivery. - Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs with effective data handling and caching. - Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress), and follow CI/CD best practices. - Implement CRO experiments using VWO or equivalent platforms; analyze results with data teams. - Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) through techniques such as code‑splitting and lazy loading. - Identify, prioritize, and resolve defects efficiently. - Contribute to sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives, and documentation. **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with A/B testing/optimization tools (e.g., VWO). - Knowledge of web performance optimization and WCAG accessibility standards. - Competence with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). - Ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, **or** equivalent practical experience.
