**Job Title** Technical Functional Consultant Internship – Data & AI (Marketing & CRM) **Role Summary** A 6‑month internship within the Customer‑Centric Transformation practice to support clients on data‑driven marketing technology projects. Work under a senior consultant or manager, delivering functional and technical specifications, configuring platforms, integrating APIs, setting up data pipelines, and enabling automated customer journeys. **Expectations** Deliver high‑quality functional and technical specifications; configure and parametrize marketing and CRM platforms; develop and integrate APIs and data workflows; set up multi‑channel activation (email, SMS, push, web personalization, social); design automated campaigns; train end users; comply with agile delivery practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct client workshops to capture business requirements. - Draft functional and technical specifications in collaboration with business and IT teams. - Configure and parameterize CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, E‑commerce, AdTech, and CustomerTech solutions (Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Brevo, etc.). - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and data pipelines; create data flows between platforms. - Set up activation channels: email, SMS, push/mobile, web personalization, social media. - Build automated customer journeys and campaigns. - Provide training and documentation for client users. - Participate in agile project activities, including sprint planning and reviews. - Collaborate with the project manager to meet delivery milestones. **Required Skills** - Understanding of marketing technology stack (CRM, CDP, Automation, AdTech). - API development (REST) and data integration experience. - Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML/JSON; Python knowledge is a plus. - Familiarity with databases: BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. - Data modeling concepts (UML, Merise). - Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, SSH, FTP). - Agile project methodology. - Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities. - Fluent in written and spoken English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Final year of an engineering school (e.g., EPITA, EPITECH, ECE, ESIEA, UTT, IMT) or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent. - Willingness to learn and apply data and AI solutions in a consulting context. - Demonstrated English proficiency.

Job title: CRM Consultant (H/F) – CDI Role Summary: Provide strategic and operational support in CRM, marketing automation and relationship management for clients, from feasibility studies to deployment and performance analysis. Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end CRM solutions independently, maintain client confidentiality, communicate effectively in English (B2/C1), and pursue continuous learning and certifications in digital tools. Key Responsibilities: • Design 360° customer journeys and relational plans. • Analyze customer/prospect data, perform segmentation, and develop marketing automation scenarios. • Specify technology ecosystems, evaluate and recommend CRM/ CDP solutions, and support RFP preparation. • Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and produce analytical reports. • Lead the rollout of chosen solutions and manage campaign execution. • Conduct market and technology scouting relevant to CRM. • Collaborate on data marketing initiatives (CDP, DMP, data lake) and personalization strategies. Required Skills: • Minimum 2 years consulting or CRM agency experience in customer relationship, loyalty or email marketing. • Strong understanding of digital and customer‑centric concepts. • Hands‑on experience with campaign management / marketing automation platforms (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Marketo, Eloqua). • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus. • Technical competence: HTML/CSS, Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent written and verbal communication for client interaction. • Ethical handling of confidential data. • Self‑driven, meticulous, and eager to learn. • Proficient in English (minimum B2/C1).
