Job Description
Job title: Desktop Support Technician Role Summary: Deliver on‑site and remote technical support for desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, desk telephony, AV equipment, and comms‑room devices. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve non‑recurring hardware and software issues while maintaining service level agreements and high customer satisfaction. Expactations: Minimum 6+ years of hands‑on desktop support; proven ability to travel to remote locations; self‑sufficient in fault diagnostics; strong verbal and written communication in the local language; commitment to meet established standards and SLAs.
