Expectations: • Minimum 5 years of industrial automation experience in similar environments. • Proven ability to handle end‑to‑end projects from feasibility to final commissioning. • Strong analytical, autonomous, and team‑working skills with confidentiality respect. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare functional/organic analyses for automation projects. • Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, and supervision programs using Schneider Unity, Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Panorama E². • Write detailed procedures, test reports, and commissioning documentation. • Perform factory and site‑on‑site commissioning, fine‑tuning, and verification tests. • Support field teams with input/output testing and resolve on‑site issues. • Contribute to electrical studies and design as required. • Report progress and findings to the R&D manager. Required Skills: • PLC programming (Schneider Unity/EcoStruxure Control Expert, Siemens S7). • HMI and supervisory software development (Panorama E², EcoStruxure Machine Expert). • TIA Portal proficiency. • Knowledge of industrial machine specifications and operation. • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and documentation skills. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and confidentiality.
