**Job Title**
Full Stack Java / React Engineer (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and maintain high‑scale web platform features using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and React/TypeScript. Own the entire technical stack, ensuring robust architecture, performance, and a seamless user experience.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years full‑stack web development experience.
- Proven ability to work independently in an agile environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and enhance core platform functionalities (Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST microservices).
- Develop front‑end components with React, TypeScript, and state management libraries.
- Design and evolve scalable backend architecture.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on GCP and Kubernetes.
- Implement and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Docker workflows.
- Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests; uphold code quality standards.
- Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to deliver feature requirements.
- Promote DevOps practices and elevate technical maturity within the engineering squad.
**Required Skills**
- **Backend**: Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST microservices, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, GraphDB.
- **Frontend**: React, TypeScript, Redux or Zustand.
- **DevOps**: Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD.
- **Methodologies**: Agile (e.g., Scrum, ClickUp, Notion).
- **Additional**: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; excellent communication.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Spring, GCP, Docker) are a plus.
