Jr Data Analyst (Growth)
**Role Summary**
Provides data analysis and insights to support performance marketing, customer acquisition, and product optimization within a global crypto trading platform. Works independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 3 years of professional data analysis experience, preferably in financial services or digital asset industry.
- Proven ability to manage large datasets, build dashboards, and conduct cohort and funnel analyses.
- Strong ownership mindset, delivering accurate, timely work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to continuously learn about emerging analytics tools, crypto markets, and marketing attribution.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards for campaign metrics, user funnels, and product KPIs.
- Analyze user and event data using Amplitude, Looker, and SQL to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Conduct cohort analyses and data storytelling to explain acquisition, activation, and retention drivers.
- Partner with engineering to ensure data integrity, event tracking consistency, and reliable measurement frameworks.
- Define success metrics, validate experiment results, and recommend next steps for performance optimization.
- Translate data insights into clear actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership.
- Assist in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy and campaign planning.
- Manage data pipelines and analysis for HubSpot in collaboration with BD team.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (data querying and manipulation).
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and other behavioral analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta, X/ Twitter) and marketing attribution.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to perform cohort and funnel analysis.
- Solid data visualization skills; ability to create clear, actionable dashboards.
- Technical literacy in event tracking, data pipelines, and measurement frameworks.
- Effective communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Any relevant certifications (e.g., Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus.
