Job Title: Change Lead – AI Transformation (Contract)
Role Summary: Strategically lead the Business Readiness workstream for an AI transformation program within an investment management firm, acting as the primary liaison between the business and external consultancy to ensure adoption of AI-enabled solutions across people, process, data, and technology.
Expectations: Deliver a 12‑month, outcome‑driven change program that increases adoption, competence, and organizational impact of AI initiatives such as Co‑Pilot, sentiment analysis, complaint handling, and investment analytics. Must collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and demonstrate proven change management expertise in digital or transformation contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Business Readiness Workstream, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Design and deliver change management plans, including adoption, training, and communication strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and steering group sessions for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Translate technical, data‑driven AI concepts into clear, business‑centric impact statements.
- Build and maintain stakeholder engagement, influence decision makers, and secure sponsorship.
- Monitor change outcomes, capture lessons learned, and report on readiness metrics.
- Coordinate with consultancy partners to integrate change activities with delivery schedules.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational change management background, preferably in digital or AI transformation.
- Demonstrated track record in business readiness, adoption, and behavioral change initiatives.
- Advanced facilitation and workshop design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities.
- Knowledge of AI, automation, or data‑driven change initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively across people, process, data, and technology domains.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent).
