**Job title** Windows Application Support Engineer – Windows COTS & Integrations **Role Summary** Provide operational support and ongoing maintenance for Windows-hosted commercial off‑the‑sale (COTS) applications and associated infrastructure. Manage integration with identity and access management systems (e.g., Okta), IIS web servers, and automate tasks via scripting.
