Job Description
**Job Title:** Contract Administrator **Role Summary:** The Contract Administrator orchestrates daily task distribution for heating and trades teams, ensuring accurate, timely data flow between engineers, suppliers, and clients. Responsible for record maintenance, communication, and coordination to meet company and client service standards. **Expectations:** - Deliver precise and punctual work schedules to assigned crews. - Maintain up‑to‑date records and database entries. - Serve as primary contact for client and tenant calls. - Collaborate with other administrators and supervisors to uphold service levels. - Demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service, and strong organisational skills. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Plan and assign daily tasks to heating, multi‑skilled, electrical, plumbing, and apprentice crews. 2. Ensure accurate and timely cascade of work orders and status updates. 3. Keep records current in designated IT systems and databases. 4. Liaise with peer Contract Administrators and Supervisors to coordinate planning and resolve issues. 5. Handle inbound calls from clients and tenants, providing information and support. 6. Complete pre‑employment checks, including criminal and reference verification (DBS). **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Experience with enterprise IT systems and database management. - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Friendly, professional attitude toward engineers, tenants, and clients. - Ability to work self‑motively and within a team. - Experience handling high‑volume phone communications preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of secondary education (equivalent) with relevant post‑secondary training or experience in housing, premises, or facilities management. - Current DBS check (or willing to obtain) required.
