**Job Title**
1‑Year Apprenticeship – Factory Credits (H/F/X)
**Role Summary**
Support the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Credit Factory by improving processes, documenting product information, and facilitating continuous improvement within an Agile squad. Acts as a bridge between product, technical, and service teams, contributing to release management, service quality, and potentially software development.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality documentation and workshop facilitation.
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and adaptability in an Agile environment.
- Apply analytical and organizational skills to streamline credit processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze functional and technical aspects of credit products.
- Structure, maintain, and enhance product documentation (Confluence, Klaxoon, Gliffy, Google Suite).
- Animate and tool the Factory’s Continuous Improvement squad (AC/DC).
- Facilitate workshops with product owners, service quality, release managers, and factory facilitators.
- Produce operational deliverables: product sheets, user guides, procedures, workshop minutes.
- Audit and organize documentation maps, propose templates, indicators, and dashboards.
- Support releases and monitor quality metrics.
- Identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and track implementation.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to capture needs, refine backlogs, and support release planning.
- Optionally, contribute to development tasks involving web/API technologies.
**Required Skills**
- Strong analytical mindset and structured information formalization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation abilities.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and service‑oriented teamwork in Agile settings.
- Knowledge of Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with diagramming and user‑flow tools (Gliffy, Figma, Lucidchart).
- For development‑oriented candidates: basic experience with web technologies and APIs (Java/Spring Boot, JavaScript).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Currently pursuing or having completed a Master’s or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- No specific professional certifications required, though Agile or product management certificates are advantageous.
