**Job Title**
IT Project Manager – Software Development (Chef de projets informatique)
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver end‑to‑end IT projects in Java and PHP for the public sector, managing a dedicated team, coordinating all project phases from pre‑sales to delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction and contract compliance.
**Expectations**
- First‑hand experience managing IT projects and leading functional/technical teams in a fixed‑price consulting environment.
- Proven ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and motivate teams to meet goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Pre‑sales**: Gather client requirements, respond to RFPs, prepare commercial proposals, estimate costs, advise clients, and support pitch presentations.
- **Pilot & Management**: Participate in steering committees, act as client liaison, assign tasks, monitor progress, schedule resources, develop workload plans, conduct weekly team meetings, produce monthly dashboards, package releases, and prepare delivery documentation (delivery notes, acceptance minutes).
- **Contract & Technical Oversight**: Track contractual obligations, coordinate with upper management and administrative staff.
- **Design & Specification**: Conduct feasibility studies, design database schemas, create UML models, and author functional and technical specifications.
